Take a seat and feel Sinead's pain :). Did the story fit, do you think? Now go and write your black moment :)!
Cait's Place--grab a book and let it take you far away... Cait O'Sullivan has a deep love of words, music and magic, having had the good fortune to grow up in Ireland. The wanderlust in her blood sent her out to travel the world and then, reluctant to give up on following her dreams, Cait gained a degree in English and Creative Writing. Now, residing in the countryside in England, it is her thoughts and memories that journey far and wide in order to create her stories.

I like that song and it goes great with the snippet you wrote.
ReplyDeleteJust so you know, I'll never guess one of these! lol
Thanks Christine...as long as you still like coming along anyway, I love your company :)
DeleteLOVE this song, Cait! And I always thought Sinead was so brave for doing a video that is just her, extreme close-up and no 'lighting'.
ReplyDeleteYeah she was fantastic, wasn't she? She's making a come back here actually, playing at The Barbican in London in March...I may just have to go and see her (doubt there'll be any close ups now though lol). Thanks for coming by!
DeleteLovely to hear the song again - and your vignette was perfect! Thank you for your congratulations :)
ReplyDeleteAnytime Mairead :)
ReplyDeleteI'm afraid if it isn't Country, I probably won't know the song, lol. I do have a few on my thumb drive that my kids like, (not country), but that's all recent stuff. Son likes rap and heavy metal and daughter is heavy into Hindi music. I'll probably never guess your songs, hehe.
ReplyDeleteoooh I can't imagine trying to construct a love story from either heavy metal or Hindi music lol. I appreciate the company though Callie :)
ReplyDeleteAh. No wonder I didn't get it. I don't think I know one Sinead song.
